Where your money goes

When you pay, the funds go to Rank Up University, not to the seller or booster. They can see the order is paid, but they can't withdraw a cent until the order is completed.

The four stages

• Paid: your payment is held while the seller works on the order.
• Delivered: the seller says they're done. You have 3 days to check it and either mark it Received or open a dispute. If you do neither, it's marked Received for you.
• Received: you've confirmed it.
• Completed: the seller or booster is paid.

If something goes wrong

Open a dispute from the order page any time before the order is completed. The funds freeze immediately and a Rank Up University agent joins a dispute thread with you and the seller. They can refund you in full, refund part of the order, or release the payment to the seller.
